Instead of a long manual, this page covers the places people actually get stuck. Anything else, please get in touch.

1. Getting started

  1. Create an item. On the Calendar screen, open the ‘Medications’ tab and enter a name and a short label. Keep the short label to 1–4 characters so it still reads when colour is not visible.
  2. Record what you took. On the Calendar screen, open the ‘Record’ tab and tap an item once — it is recorded at the current time.
  3. Add reminders if you want them. In the ‘Reminders’ tab, create a time such as “Morning” for things you take together, then attach items to it.

A schedule (daily, every N days, weekdays, monthly) only decides whether today is a day. What time it rings is decided by the reminder settings. They are two different things.

2. Reminders are not firing

🚧 Reminders do not fire yet. You can create reminder times and attach items to them, but actually delivering a reminder has not been built yet. “Today it will ring like this” is a preview of how it will ring once the feature lands — it does not mean it rings today. Until then, do not rely on reminders. The rest of this section applies once reminders are working.
⚠️ Reminders are a secondary aid. They may not fire for the reasons below, and the service does not guarantee delivery. Do not rely on reminders alone. (Terms, section 3)

Common causes, in the order that is easiest to check.

The “Today it will ring like this” preview on the reminder screen shows what is actually scheduled. If it is not listed there, it was never scheduled; if it is listed but did not fire, the device blocked it.

3. My records are missing on another device

The sync badge at the top of the screen states the current situation.

⚠️ Records made «before» you linked an account are not merged automatically. Linking uploads this device's records to that account, but it does not merge them with what was already on another device — the same name may well be a different medication. Both sets stay side by side, and you decide whether to combine them.

4. “Today” is counted differently from the date

This is the day start hour under Menu. The default is 04:00, and anything recorded before it counts as the previous day — for most people, something taken at 2am belongs to “yesterday”.

Changing this changes the denominator of the calendar and the statistics wholesale. The menu screen shows which date counts as “today” right below the setting, so check it there.

5. Exporting or deleting my records

6. What this app does not do

⚠️ This is not medical advice. The app is a record-keeping tool; it does not diagnose, prescribe, or advise on medication. What you see is what you entered, counted again. Always consult a healthcare professional about whether, how much, and when to take or stop anything.

7. Contact

[contact email]

Please include the value shown under Menu → About → Version — it makes problems much faster to find. For something that does not reproduce, attach the file from Menu → My data → Export diagnostics. That file contains no item names, short labels, or notes — what you take does not leave your device.
